Delivery information
If your item is in stock we will do our very best to despatch your order immediately to arrive with UK customers on the next working day. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.
We do not charge a handling fee – larger, heavyweight items such as beer are sent by Courier otherwise goods are sent by Royal Mail.
BEER ORDERS
All beer orders are next day delivery only
- One package (2 x cases of 12 bottles or 1 mini or polypin) - standard delivery charge - £8.00
- Two or more packages - £16.00
Only orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday will be available for a next day delivery. All orders placed Thursday afternoon or Friday will be despatched the following Monday.
DELIVERIES OVER THE MAY BANK HOLIDAY:
THE LAST DAY FOR NEXT DAY ORDERS WILL BE THURSDAY 2ND MAY.
NORMAL SERVICE WILL RESUME FOR ORDERS RECEIVED ON TUESDAY 7TH MAY.
ALL OTHER ORDERS
Are sent by Royal Mail – standard delivery charges are calculated by weight.
