May is Mild Month and the Campaign for Real Ale is trying to find out which is the most popular mild in the Country. We are biased and think that Hooky Dark is the best. If you, like us, are wild about Hooky Dark, then now is your chance to vote for it and have it recoginised as the best mild in the Country.

All you have to do is go to is visit CAMRA and download and print off the voting form, fill it in and send it off to CAMRA.

Hooky Dark, at 3.2 per cent ABV, is a dark chestnut – coloured ale, crammed full of roast malt flavours, and complemented with superb dry-hop aromas from East Kent Goldings. All entries received by CAMRA will be entered into a prize draw to win a chance to judge the Champion Mild of Britain with the experts at the Champion Beer of Britain competition being held at Earls Court London, on 1 August 2006. To be eligible for the prize you must be available to judge on the morning of the 1 August at Earls Court, London. Travel costs are at the winner’s expense. The winner will be announced on 2nd June 2006.
