Do you want to run Banbury’s best pub?
Oxfordshire brewer Hook Norton is looking for a tenant to run one of Banbury’s best known pubs.
The Coach and Horses, Butchers Row, Banbury, Oxfordshire is currently closed for a major refurbishment and will reopen at the end of April. And the pub’s owner Hook Norton is looking for someone who wants to run their own business.
Hook Norton Operations Manager Phil Thomas said: “The Coach and Horses offers a fantastic opportunity for an individual, a couple or business partners to run their own business, with the support of the Hook Norton Brewery. “Once the £350,000 refurbishment is finished the pub will be fantastic. Banbury is a thriving town and this pub is close to all the town’s attractions.
“The Hook Norton Brewery produces a fabulous range of award winning real ales and bottled beers. Everything about Hook Norton beers is a bit special and indeed different, which is why we want someone exceptional to realise the potential of this pub.”
The Coach and Horses is situated just outside the market square in the centre of Banbury, approximately a mile from the M40 and within walking distance of the famous Banbury Cross. The ground floor comprises of a large comfortable and relaxing bar area and a secluded courtyard garden.
The business is very much a beer drinkers’ pub with a potential to serve food. Interested? - contact Chris Frenchum on 01608 737210 or email chrisf@hook-norton-brewery.co.uk
A recruitment day for potential tenants is being held at the Hook Norton Brewery Visitors Centre on 2 April where there will be information on the Coach & Horses and other business opportunities.
