Due to internal changes we are recruiting for the above position. Responsibilities will include maximising sales from our existing customer base via a designated call cycle. In addition the applicant will generate new business and servicing existing customers through telemarketing.
The applicant will need to be self motivated, disciplined and have previous experience of telephone sales.
Due to the small nature of the team the position would suit a flexible, team player.

Job Title : Hook Norton Brewery Visitor Centre Retail Manager
Salary : Basic £18k, on target earnings circa £24k
Location : Hook Norton Brewery
Job Type: Permanent
Due to retirement we are recruiting for a permanent Manager for our Brewery Hospitality and Visitor Centre. The role will include all aspects of customer reception, shop sales, Brewery hospitality, onsite retail and distribution of on-line orders.
It will also include the management of our tour guides calendar and training programmes. We are looking for someone who has experience of licensed retail and ideally the applicant may have worked in an events co-ordinating position.
The applicant needs to work on their own initiative and be passionate about the Hook Norton Brand. The position involves weekend work and some evenings.
