Job Description:         Customer Relations Executive

Accountable to:         Managing Director (Commercial)

Main Responsibilities are to handle outgoing and incoming calls from customers for their orders and selling in our range of ales (core and seasonal ranges) and other drink products we supply.

Chief Aim of Role is to build a closer business relationship with customers and become their principal contact for all enquiries.

Qualifications and Experience: The job holder must be of smart appearance, with a good telephone manner, literate, numerate and able to communicate with customers, suppliers and staff.  A sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Word) is essential
