Hook Norton Brewery is delighted to announce that the latest edition of its Code Of Practice, which sets out the framework for the relationship between the Brewery and its pub tenants, has received its formal accreditation from the British Institute of Innkeeping (BII).

Hook Norton Brewery is one of the smallest to have committed to the Government’s Business and Industry Select Committee (BISC) and will produce a Code Of Practice to outline how they deal with their tied tenants.

Bruce Benyon, Hook Norton’s Operations Manager was pleased that the accreditation had been given. He comments: “We were one of the first family breweries to submit their code for accreditation. Whilst the accreditation panel asked us to make some small changes, they were delighted with what we had produced. The code sets out the framework, but what it doesn’t do is reflect that we try to treat our tenants as part of the brewery “family”.
