The Guardian Names Old Hooky as One of Ten Best Pints at Great British Beer Festival
National newspaper The Guardian has named Old Hooky as one of the ten best beers on offer at the Great British Beer Festival, which took place between 13th and 17th August at London Olympia.
On its Word of Mouth blog, Guardian writer Sophie Atherton praised Old Hooky’s ‘fruitcake richness’, commenting: “This rich chestnut-coloured brew is a step up from a session beer with deeper flavours to match.”
This was an opinion clearly shared by Guardian readers, many of whom praised the beers on offer at Hook Norton Brewery in the online comments section. We have to agree!
