Successful candidates must be reliable, honest, friendly, hardworking and have a “can do”
attitude to the job.

Monday – Friday Lunchtime, 21 hrs per week + 28 days paid holiday per year
There is an opportunity to add more hours if prepared to do split shifts and/or Saturdays

Monday – Saturday, 11.00 – 6.00
This position could lead to Assistant Manager Status for the right candidate

Must have transport , and have a min of 3 years experience working in a busy kitchen environment

Weekend Front Of House

We are looking for strong , experienced , upbeat bubbly front of house staff to support our existing team on weekends and holidays.
Good hourly rate of pay for the right candidate (£8/£10 per hour) .

Head Chef 

Are you a Head Chef looking for a new opportunity? Do you have experience working in hotel kitchens? This could be just the opportunity you are looking for....
We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef. The food is mostly freshly cooked on site, and there is an opportunity to influence the menu with your creative flare. This position would be ideal for a Senior Sous Chef looking for their next step, or a Head Chef looking for total command of their kitchen.

Head Chef Responsibilities:

  • Lead kitchen team to prepare delicious, fresh meals
  • Prepare and write daily specials
  • Budgeting and costing all dishes
  • Ensure all health and safety requirements are adhered to

Essential Requirements of Head Chef:

  • Experience in similar role
  • Strong organisational skills
  •  Creativity with menu design
  • Passion for career and keen to progress

Sous Chef 

Wanted for immediate start. Must be able to provide references.

Working along side the rest of the kitchen team to deliver fantastic dishes to hungry punters. Once settled in, you will be expected to support the Head Chef & the rest of the kitchen team in most day to day tasks and lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef. Must have experience working in commercial kitchens at Sous Chef level.
