BELL INN, GREAT BOURTON
Proprietor: ROB & JODIE GREGORY
Features: Beer Garden, Cask Marques, Games, Open Fire and Parking.
The Bell Inn was originally thatched and attached to a cottage which stuck out into the road. It was rebuilt in the 1920s after a fire. Hidden away in the ridge of the roof on both the northern and southern sides of the pub are Hook Norton beer bottles built into the brickwork.
The village of Great Bourton has much to offer the visitor including a bell tower which is detached from the church. It is said that there are only two other places in England where the church bell tower is sited away from the church.
You will always receive a warm welcome as you enter The Bell Inn in Great Bourton. The newly refurbished Bell brings a seasonal menu boasting Meat, Vegetarian and Vegan dishes alike. The traditional Inn welcomes dogs in the bar (there will always be a treat waiting for them!) and we look forward to meeting new customers. We pride ourselves on quality service, a friendly atmosphere and freshly cooked food. If you have any specialist dietary requirements just give us a ‘bell’.
