BREWERY APPRENTICESHIPS:

Step into the world of brewing with practical, hands-on learning guided by industry experts. This programme covers every aspect of brewing, from recipe design and ingredient selection to packaging and quality assurance. You’ll gain the technical knowledge and operational skills needed to drive efficiency and excellence in your brewery.

FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM MEMBER APPRENTICESHIP

The Food and Beverage Team Member apprenticeship gives you everything you need to thrive in the fast-paced world of hospitality. You’ll gain hands-on experience serving food and drinks, delivering brilliant customer service, handling bookings and payments, and working confidently as part of a team.

It’s a great route into supervisor roles and builds transferable skills you can take into any career.

HOSPITALITY SUPERVISOR APPRENTICESHIP

A Hospitality Supervisor apprentice can expect to gain the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to lead teams and support day-to-day operations across a variety of hospitality settings. This course includes core modules on people, business and leadership. Apprentices will also explore specialist areas such as bar operations, food service and event coordination, developing a well-rounded skill set to meet the demands of the industry.

CHEF APPRENTICESHIP

Commis Chef Level 2 – Suitable for Chefs with little or no experience in the kitchen who want to develop new skills and knowledge in a fresh food environment.

Production Chef Level 2 – Suitable for Chefs with little or no experience in the kitchen who need to develop new skills and knowledge in a branded food menu environment.

Chef de Partie Level 3 – For Chefs who may have completed a Commis Chef course who are progressing onto a more senior role. A great option for Chef de Partie’s and Sous Chefs looking for the next step to Head Chef, or for new Head Chefs looking to develop new skills and knowledge in a technical fresh food environment.

Senior Production Chef Level 3 – This is for those who already completed a Commis Chef / Production Chef Level 2 course and wish to advance their knowledge, skills and responsibilities to a more senior role in the kitchen.
