In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.
We do not charge a handling fee – larger, heavyweight items such as beer are sent by Courier otherwise goods are sent by Royal Mail.
All beer orders are sent by Courier.
Orders placed Monday to Thursday will be delivered within 48 hours. All orders placed Thursday afternoon or Friday will be despatched the following Monday. Please check with the Visitor Centre for delivery information during public holiday periods.
Are sent by Royal Mail – standard delivery charges are calculated by weight.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All shipping costs are for UK mainland only. However shipping to Scotland and Northern Ireland can appear expensive via our usual carriers. Please contact the Visitor Centre to discuss delivery options for these areas.
