Full-Steam Vintage Weekend – Saturday 3rd & Sunday 4th October

Get ready for a weekend packed with full-steam excitement right here at the brewery! We are thrilled to host an incredible steam weekend featuring around 18 magnificent engines plus a very special piece of brewing history you won’t want to miss.

Saturday 3rd
10:00 AM: Engines begin arriving on-site.
Afternoon: Road runs! Watch the engines take to local roads for runs of varying distances.
5:00 PM: All engines gather at the Pear Tree for some well-earned refreshments!

Sunday 4th (“Steam It Sunday”)
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM: Engines in full steam around the brewery site! It’s the National Traction Engine Trust’s official Steam It Sunday, and there’s no better place to celebrate. Hook Norton Brewery’s very own steam engine will be up and running for all to see!

WORLD-EXCLUSIVE FIRST LOOK!
An extraordinary steam engine built around 1850 by Lampitt of Banbury for the historic Hunt Edmunds Brewery has finally come out of storage! Currently residing in our engine room while being lovingly restored, this incredible piece of local history will be on public view in its new home for the very first time—whether fully reassembled or mid-restoration.
