Description
The Vineyard sits between 450 and 700 meters above sea level, with very little rain, strong winds and a lot of sun. The fruit is harvested at night and managed in as sustainable way as possible reducing the necessity for excessive spraying treatments. CARE is a manifestation of the old Roman word for the region of Carinena, but also the fact that these are the hand made wines of the bodegas receiving extra special attention and care. This wine is a blend of 70% Tempranillo and 30% Melot, vinified and aged for 8 months in oak barrels.
