A dry, fruity with a wonderfully delicate bouquet and great length. Their vineyards have three different types of soil which give added complexity.
Tanners Red Burgundy
Made by the talented Nicolas Potel this has a super nose of ripe damsons and black cherry, more of the same on the palate with a hint of spice and some fine tannins and freshness. Food Match: Braised Beef.
Tanners Sauternes
The vineyard source for this is a closely guarded secret, but suffice to say it has a very fine pedigree! Full, rich and complex, it has honeyed flavours and good freshness to maintain balance.
