TOAD Ver Viola Gin

With its strikingly vibrant deep violet colour, Ver Viola is a beautifully floral London Dry gin, naturally infused with organic butterfly pea flower and organic rose. It makes for delicious summery cocktails and takes a gin and tonic to new heights when a dash is added.

Ver Viola has been created using the distillery’s field-to-bottle spirit distilled from heritage grain and distilling it for a third time with 17 botanicals. The resulting botanical spirit is then hand-filtered through beds of specially selected organic butterfly pea flowers and organic rose petals which gives it its vivid hue. Interestingly, Butterfly pea flower is a natural PH indicator; when tonic or citrus is added Ver Viola changes colour from deep violet to pink. However, Ver Viola is a gin that surpasses the gimmickry of its colour changing abilities.
