It was really good to see... read more how the beer making process is performed. I like all of the Hooky Ales so it was great to also sample them afterwards. They weren't tight with the beer either. You could try any of what was on the bar or what was in bottles as well. We had a fab time at the brewery. All of the staff are so friendly. We are already booked to come back again in April.

A particular highlight was our tour guide, Chris, who was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable across every aspect of the brewery’s history and processes, yet explained it all in an engaging and accessible way. His enthusiasm for the craft was evident throughout, and he kept the entire group interested with a perfect mix of historical context, brewing science, and great anecdotes.

The tasting at the end showcased the breadth of Hook Norton’s offering and tied the whole visit together. Whether you are a beer enthusiast or simply curious about traditional British brewing, this tour is absolutely worth doing. Highly recommended.
