THE BELL, ADDERBURY, NEAR BANBURY, OXFORDSHIRE

Is a charming village pub, it specialises in selling large quantities of Real Ale and Is a focal point of the village, there is a thriving music scene within the pub and there are regular Folk music events.

The Bell, also benefits from 2 letting rooms one of which is a family sized room, both of the rooms are en-suite.

The Village of Adderbury occupies a location approximately 3 miles south of the busy market town of Banbury on the A4260 Oxford Road. The Village itself is a quintessential English Village, many of the buildings are constructed from local stone, and The Bell sits in the heart of the Village approximately 100 metres from the Village Church. There are two other pubs in the village and all pubs are well supported.

LOCATION
The Village of Adderbury occupies a location approximately 3 miles south of the busy market town of Banbury on the A4260 Oxford Road. TRADING AREAS
Upon entering the pub the main drinking area is to the left with the bar servery facing you. There is additional seating on the right hand side – both of these areas have their own fire places. As you move deeper into the pub the stairs to the Letting room are on the Right and there is the restaurant area straight ahead with approximately 25 covers, the catering kitchen is at the rear.

There is also an additional trading area attached to the bar where some Live Sport is shown and music is played.

Past this area you move to the garden area with space for approximately 50 covers and an Aunt Sally pitch, this area is paved and is easy to maintain. around you go up a couple of steps into the dining area with circa 20 covers. It is from this area that you can access the split level garden area through a pair of patio doors. The toilets are also located to the rear of the pub.

ANCILLARY AREAS
Ladies and Gents toilets are to the rear of the pub equidistant from the trading areas and the garden. Traditional large beer cellar with ample storage space accessed from the rear of the bar area. Heating is mains gas. A fully equipped electric Catering kitchen with extract canopy, stainless steel sink and worktops plus a range of appliances. Prep/Washroom and staff changing area are located within the kitchen. There is a further storage area behind the bar.

EXTERNAL AREAS
There is no parking with the pub however there is ample on street parking available, most of the clientele walk to the pub. There is also an Aunt Sally throw within the beautiful garden area.
