Dave talks Burgundy
We have a fantastic range of red wines here at the brewery. It’s hard to choose a favourite but here’s Dave with his. We dont think he actually picked the grapes for this vintage but we do know it’s a cracking wine! Made by the talented Nicolas Potel this has a super nose of ripe damsons and black cherry, more of the same on the palate with a hint of spice and some fine tannins and freshness.
