Rooster’s Brewing Co came to Hook Norton to help brew Hop Me Baby One More Time, a golden American Pale Ale.
This collab cask ale brings together the brewing expertise of Hook Norton and the pioneering American-hop heritage of Rooster’s Brewing Co. The result? A celebration of bold flavours, classic British brewing and a healthy dose of pop-inspired nostalgia.
Craft beer masters Rooster’s Brewing Co. know a thing or two about American hops. Founded in 1993 by Sean Franklin, the independent, family-owned brewery based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, was one of the pioneers of American-hopped beers in Britain, helping to introduce drinkers to New World pale ales.

With Hop Me Baby One More Time, that pioneering spirit meets Hook Norton’s brewing heritage in a beer that puts American hops firmly in the spotlight.
The all-American hop squad: US Chinook, US Cascade, Citra and Mosaic bring juicy grapefruit, zesty citrus, pine and a little tropical mischief, all combining to create a refreshing, balanced and dangerously easy-drinking pale ale.
