Ironstone Lager

Hook Norton Brewery Managing Director James Clarke said:
“We’ve come along way from just producing two traditional cask ales to a range well into double figures each year. Drinkers are demanding more variety in more formats from cask, keg, cans or bottles so a lager was something we had always wanted to brew. Ironstone has taken a year of technical and tasting development to get it where we are happy with the taste and quality. The name was the easy bit, coming from the stone our brewery was constructed from back in the 1900’s.”
