Matt talks Pinot Grigio

We’ve got a range of over 150 wines here at the brewery. Matt’s favourite is this cheeky little Corte Vigna Pinot Grigio. Related to the Pinot Gris grape of Alsace, which here in north-west Italy produces a dry, lighter, more floral style, with racy, balanced fruit. Light and refreshing, a mouth-watering partner for salads and seafood.
