Some years ago the pub was extended to include the next-door premises and offers many small areas. Shipston on Stour is a delightful local market town with many small shops to browse.

It is very much a community pub with lots of games and team spirit! There is an Aunt Sally team, two crib teams, two dominoes teams, four men’s darts teams, a pool table, and a retro arcade, so, if it’s pub games you’re looking for, this is the place to be!

For watching sports, The Coach & Horses is just as impressive, with 5 screens including a whopping 75″ display, and can show different matches through the pub, so if your team is on the telly, it’ll be shown at the Coach.

With a great jukebox, music events throughout the year and a suntrap garden ideal for summer pints regularly updated, this pub is definitely worth a visit.
